• Google Drive API — to access, create, and manage files in Google Drive for document storage, report generation, and business file management.
• Gmail API — to send and manage emails for business communications, automated notifications, and operational messaging.

2. How We Use Google User Data

Data accessed through Google APIs is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Automated business workflow management — orchestrating operations across our digital ventures, including content publishing schedules, inventory updates, and business process automation.
• Content publishing and management — uploading, scheduling, and managing video content on YouTube channels operated by Nexagentis ventures.

• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely and are used solely to maintain authorised API access.
• We do not store copies of your YouTube videos, Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or Google Sheets data beyond what is immediately necessary for processing.
• Any cached or temporary data is automatically purged after the operational task is completed.

4. How We Share Google User Data

• We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties.
• Google user data is used only for the business owner's own account management — the data accessed is used to manage the authenticated user's own Google accounts and services.
• We do not share Google user data with any advertising networks, data brokers, or other third-party services.
• Google user data may only be disclosed if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

5. Revoking Google Data Access

You can revoke Nexagentis's access to your Google account data at any time by:

• Visiting your Google Account permissions page and removing Nexagentis from the list of connected apps.

Upon revocation, we will promptly delete all stored tokens and cease accessing your Google account data.
